Jack in my garden there's a huge poplar near the gate and the cockies loved to sit right on the top. You can see for miles. Yesterday I was sitting watching little honeyeaters, finchs, parrots, lizards, you name it the sun brought them all out yesterday. Today I will be inside . Only going to be 38 here but I have aironditioning here so I'll not be out venturing too far. I also have worse allergies here. Inside my nose is raw from all the pollen. I used to get it in Melbourne but here it's much worse so I may have a day just doing absolutely nothing. The dog's sitting out on the verandah. She loves just lying out on the chairs watching the action. Yep it's gonna be a scorcher but I think thunder storms are predicted for tomorrow afternoon so that will be good to watch after all this heat. The lightning is usually pretty impressive when we've had high temps.
