Brown sauce on chips, bu I'm with B4 and think that fried onions would be better than sauce. I like my burgers (on the rare occasion we have them and then they are usually butcher's best, and more often than not pork as the local butcher does a very nice line in pork burgers and pork sausages) I like a slice of raw onion and just a dap of mustard relish, but the bun does have to be buttered, which is probably opening up another can of worms. We don't even put salt and pepper out on the table unless we have company. David prefers tomato sauce, but it has to be Heinz, I like Daddy's Sauce best although will have HP if no Daddy's is available, but as I said only with chips.
