Norrie, people move on and read other blogs and I've found quite a few with Scottish and English contributors who are very witty and amusing. Things change and that's the way of the world. Some of us email each other and stay in touch on a more personal level and friendships have developed over the years. Some get along better than others but the biting and bitching ceased. That alone was a good thing. Nothing is stopping you posting now is there?
I find now that I'm home with Jan and if you've been reading he has Alzheimers but we still do a ton of stuff only more slowly. Actually I was up the bush today showing some friends the country property I'm in the middle of buying. It's the old B& B which was the Hepburn Springs Post office. The house dates back to 1854. It's amazing with a huge garden and today I noticed it has a huge HOLLY tree. Come on Christmas! There were blue wrens flitting around. Kangaroos up on the ridge as I face The Wombat State Forest. It's on a huge block which could be subdivided later ( My superannuation) so it's a win win. The real estate market here has gone up lately so we are in a much better position that lots of other countries.
Anyway I'm so glad to hear you're ok over there . Catch up with you on Facebook.
Take care
AniX
