Yeah, I know. It's almost like he's being led by the nose about his feelings. Hmm. I'll wait and see how this goes in the long run. I'm not ruling out C/A shippage just yet, but if ME wants to keep its options open, they need to push up a little D/A. It doesn't haveto be romance, but a general airing out of their issues would be a very good idea. Right now, they've got so much pain and hurt towards each other, it's almost toxic.

Hmm. That's not what I get. From the sounds of other boards, the overwhelming opinion was that DB and ME are for C/A. It's funny, last year this time, if this stuff was happening, I would be totally on the C/A bandwagon, but now, I'm just not sure.

I've never believed in C/A being brother/sister, but they do have a fantastic friendship, that could blossom into love. I think that right now, friendship is needed. Angel needs Cordy's support as a friend and darla really needs the support of friendly people around her, if she gets out of her rabid mode.

Like Spike? After all Season 4, Spike was as mean, nasty and as untrustworthy as you can get. Now, he's pretty much the most trustworthy guy you can have around and Buffy might be dating him.

Interesting. I like that idea. Angel does need an equal and someone who knows him, warts and all. It's funny, but Darla is the only one who knew Angel as a human, a soulless vamp and to a degree with a soul. Those two have shared a lot of milestones and the birth of their baby is one of the most important events of them all.

Darla's going to be rough about telling Angel like it is, she's not going to sugarcoat it and she does seem to bring out the inner Liam/Angelus in Angel all the time.

Oh, I agree. You just knew Cordy was going to get bitten once they left her alone. I don't mind Cord being sympatetic with darla, I just wish they had someone else there to watch over the two women, you know, as precaution. The Angel Investigations team really don't know how to handle Darla. I think, for the most part, they want her gone. Out of sight, out of mind. Darla unsettles them about their opinion of Angel.

Did the eppy fully explain how darla got pregnant? Did Wesley mention that he might have read the Shansu prophecy wrong and the scrolls meant that Angel can give life rather than be turned into a human? My t.v. reception was crap and the picture kept flipping.

So do I. Darla was distant in this ep. Maybe next week, I can feel a little bit closer to her and maybe we can get a stronger read of what's going on inside her.
