Subject: hernm i get confused with numbers, it dont matter to me how many album she sells, as long as its great music i'll buy her album.but obviously i can say that anggun is not selling well enough to convince sony music to invest more on her success.maybe she should spread her target listener to teenagers age 12-25 and 25-29, since we know that teens buy alot more records than adult.am i rite? You would need worldwide sociological studies to prove it is true. And in my country, and elsewhere in Europe, no teen below 16 can legally work and earn money, so it would be difficult for them to spend the $150 a month I spend on CDs. But I imagine you are right on this : teens did make Britney Spears famous. But not Anggun. Whereas her songs are more interesting. Finally, teens accept with difficulty evolution in their fav singer music : Anggun did say she left Indonesia also because she felt she would'nt be accepted with a new style. I did say we need a study lead in each country. No you MAY be right, I'm asking for prooves for I doubt it, based on the knowledge of the common behaviour of teens in my country.
