Bush shakes Filipina leader Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's hand in the White House's Oval Office this morning. The vertically-challenged acting Philippine president is in the US for a weeklong visitation for trade and anti-terror talks. She also met Pres. Bush at the White House in November 2001 on a working visit. This year's meeting, however, marks her first state visit, making her the third foreign head of state to pay such to the USA after Mexico's Vicente Fox in September 2001 and Poland's Aleksander Kwasniewski in July 2002.
