Mga pinoy! aren't you tired of them screening us out? I mean - even though the Philippines was an ally to America during the 2nd world war the only event mentioned that happened in the Philippines in my America history book was the Bataan Death March. That and that FIlipinos were cheap workers in the West Coast and were discriminated. I think our country deserves more glory than that. Jose Rizal, an outstanding person isn'even well known except in the Philippines.

When they say Asia - they think CHinese and Japaneses immedietely. Now, I have nothing agianst them but Asia isn't comprised of China and Japan - come on, I am so tired of being called Chinese here in America.

And I did extra study on Nativists - excuse me? America for Americans? Then how come our regions are still suffering for radioactive filth that American soldiers left behind?

I just recently read a VERY good website by R. Balboa - VERY good peeps (visit it when you get the chance!!!) and it mentioned that the FIlipino American war surpasses Vietnam wars in it's cruelty as helpless Filipinos were massacred and yet it isn't mentioned in any history books I have read so far. In fact the great MArk Twain even thinks of it as a GREAT VICTORY?!?

I just think that it is very unfair for all of us to sit back in the shadows when our country men have done extraordinary things and when our country is so freaking amazing. Ok, argue all you want about our economic stability but compare our country to other poorer countries we definitely have something to shout and sing about. At least we have treasures and talents in here - hindi lang nadidiscover ng iba.

Agh! It's so freaking frustrating talaga. Nakakainis na!
