Sorry! I was not impressed. The President of the Philippines was babbling and her oratorical skill is BLAH. Who cares whether or not she had to postpone her trip to US? That's irrelevant. And of all the reporters that were present at the time, she picked her own reporter instead of the many reporters that were present. It was not spontaneous. Tell her to take speech lessons. And Bush had to take her hand and led her to wherever they were going because she wanted to pose for more pictures. Meaning, the President of the United States had no time to waste for more picture taking. DUH!
