Hi Gill,
Regarding the assignment, I remember you saying something about using all 10 of the tensions. Even using just one or two tensions, it is possible to get into all sorts of complexities and arguments, which could use up all of the word count. Is it a good idea to give one or two tensions more of a through grounding whilst mentioning one or two of the other tensions to support the main argument?
Secondly, to what does the second question of the Canon case study relate to when it asks; is the management of the process effective? What is the process in this instance? Are we here talking about the strategy process and hence bringing another three tensions into the argument? or is this still referring to the main argument concerning core competences?
