I think using maths to teach and solve problems is much better than using words. Everybody knows that our English standard is not too high. I don't think you can use words to answer all the problems. Moreover, 細袁 said maths can quantitatively describe physical phenonmena. In the past, people just described the laws qualitatively without mathematical derivaions. That's why the progress of physics was so slow before Newton used Maths to slove problems. Actually, the mathsmatics required for Physics is already much simpler that the Cert. level A. Maths. I don't think our school's boys cannot deal with it. Lastly, 6C boys are already learning more Maths than the 6B boys, especially those taking Biology!
