 公仔佬施主實太謙矣。當日乃是由施主轉告小僧，此詞之英文譯句為「Catering for Learners' Differences」，與施主所譯大同小異。其實，小僧亦只與爾等所論之人談上過一句說話而已。其時彼曰﹕「我唔記得你係邊個。」小僧則道﹕「因為唔係你睇我堂嘛。」然而，小僧對彼人獨有極深印象。或問，為爾等所論其色相言行乎？否！有曰︰「色即是空，空即是色，色不異空，空不異色。」色相為無常，道則有常，棄有常而求無常者，愚莫過焉…言歸正傳，余對其具極深之印象，乃緣於首日相見，彼公即可認出多位素不相識之老師，足見其充份之預備，對工作熱誠之態度，實在可敬。余在此舉二例佐證其誠之說。昔日張巡強記認人，能道出全城百姓之姓名，故百姓感於其誠而奮助之。本世紀全世界銷量最佳書籍之一的< 人性的弱點 >中，作者戴爾·卡耐基曾提及六種使人喜歡你的方法，其中第三種是︰「你要記住你所接觸中，每一個人的姓名。」古、今、中、外，皆有例證，此人之誠，信無不敬之理也。人待爾以誠，而爾則竊議其後，該乎？以貌而概其品，當否？辯則辯而必敗，不辯則無辯可敗，不與世人辯，蓋頭大睡去也。
