Subject: I’ve had enough of it!
Well I have just about had it, the constant ringing in my ears, blurry vision and the room vibrating. It’s enough to drive one insane, I admit the rent is cheep but it’s not worth the aggravation to save a few quid. If anyone wants to sublet this flat please contact me immediately.

Mr. McMillan,
May I remind you of your lease terms; under no circumstances may you sublet, convey or otherwise allow anyone else to occupy your flat. Doing so is in violation of subpart B, paragraph A and will result in your going straight to hell.

Troy,
Being deaf as a post, I can't see how I could not take up your offer of the sublet. I am a little concerned about the shaking and vibration however as I am prone to vertigo. How high is the flat, and what are the terms? I really don’t care what the vicar says, I’ve seen you down at the pub and your going to hell anyway.
