Hi Plinio,

I think but I'm and not sure I understand what you mean; if you have just changed ZoomPercent yourself, the Redraw will not trigger the OnZoomChange? Maybe the SetZoomPercent method should trigger the OnZoomChange directly. Let me know if this would solve your problem.

For the "leaving the rectangle", the upcoming rubber banding will behave like that.
