Yes, you understood what I mean. The OnZoomChanged is not called in that case. In SetZoomPercent you know if the ZoomPercent is changing, because you know the real old value (FZoomPercent before you change it) and new one (the InPercent parameter). I think that if SetZoomPercent method triggers the OnZoomChange directly, it will work.
