I think the 22 blokes on the football field are the tip of the iceberg in terms of the problem.
Some of the off-field bullshit over the summer was cringeworthy. I would have accepted it if the onfield performance matched last year but it hasn't.
I wish Brendan Gale and co would stop with the progressive corporate citizen bullshit they've gone on with and concentrate on being an efficient and effective football club. I pay my membership to watch football, not be lectured on some so-called "progressive" bullshit that has nothing to do with the business of getting the footy, giving it to someone with skill and kicking goals.
Having a female chairman is considerably less of a big deal than winning f#cking games.
