Basically they need to be effectively excluded from the comp for a few years. If not the competition is tainted by effectively having cheats running around.

Hird can't be allowed near a club again. I don't think the competition would miss much if they were just excluded for a period of time. That will come on the table

No idea who their President is. Looks like a clown at the minute
