Hi Tina and Ellie and any other readers (wish you would write us just to say hello)

The time goes by way too fast. I am glad that you have taken the time to enjoy the animals in your area. Your description is very inviting. We are already into the month of May. I have a pot of beautiful lavender and white pansies on my front lawn. Nancy brought them for me.

My family (ones within traveling area)and Nancy came for Easter dinner. It was Kaitlyn's first Easter. Our family also celebrates the Eastern Orthodox date which is usually later because of the calendar it goes by. Once every 4 years the dates fall the same. I had bought a second hand playpen from one of my friends. It was in tip top condition. I bought some colorful books; one of animals and other of very bright objects. Kaitlyn loves books. She was the main attraction.
She stills enjoys the playpen and is use of it for short periods of time. She crawls so fast, it is hard to keep up with her. She be ll months old on the 7th of this month.

We had baked ham, spinach pie, salad, scalloped potatoes, hot bread, string beans and carrots. We also had blueberry and apple pie with ice cream for dessert.

We have been having very rainy weather most of this week. We do need the rain. I still manage to take Rufus out for short walks in between the rain and drizzle.

My computer continues to act up but still working at times.

Hello to all and wish you a good rest of the week and good weekend.
