Subject: Mpre Rain Here In Northeast

Hi Ellie & Tina,

Ellie, I enjoyed your description and personalities of your cats. They must keep you entertained.

We have had rain for over a week and still raining heavy at times today. My contractor came yesterday and spend several hours cleaning up my cellar. It was good that he did as a little mold was beginning to form on the wet stuff. He did a wonderful job and hauled it all off to the dump. He is a very hard worker and did it all by himself. He will be coming back to do some more work for me. He is going to fix my water pump so that it will go directly to the outside and I will not have to leave the cellar door open.

Tina, I hope you will get some better weather. I too would like to have some of Ellie's delicious hot chocolate.

I will be taking care of Kaitlyn more often as my friend who takes care of Kaitlyn is waiting to see how her husband's recovery is. He collapsed at home last week and was rushed to the hospital. He was operated on for a brain tumor. They are waiting for pathology report. She is a dear friend of mine since high school days who use to run a nursey school. She only watchs a few children up to the age of 3. She watches family members'chilren and took Kaitlyn as a special favor, Please say a prayer for her husband's recovery.

On a brighter note:
We are celebrating Kaitlyn's first birthday tomorrow with a family party. (Actual date was 6/7/06) My daughter decided the weekend would be better for everyone. She has ordered a cake with Elmo on it. We are having pizza and meatballs for main meal. If weather permits (which I doubt) she would like to have it in her back yard.

My best to both of you.

Phyllis
