Hi Ellie & Tina and any others who read this site:

I hope everyone is having a good day. We have beautiful weather here in New England. I am spending part of the day doing housework that really needs to be done.

My youngest sister's birthday is on the 4th of July.
We are having a small family gathering at my house to celebrate, I can remember the day that she was born. I am 7 years older then her. I alway kept telling my Mother & Father that I wanted them to have another baby. I got my wish and she has been one of my best friends as well as my youngest sister. She lives within walking distance (in the good weather) of my house. She and her husband do not have any children but are close to mine.

Sending my best to you and keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

So nice to hear you and your sister are best friends, my adopted sister and I have the same wonderful relationship but she lives near the city and we do not see each other as much as we would like.
My step brother has a birthday July 4th-born same year as me only mine is in October."same father..there was hanky panky going on that year" we only met this year..honest!!!
Have a Happy JUly 4th..the big American day! I will see some of the fireworks on t.v and they really know fireworks!
MOst of my up-date is in reply to Ellie but meant for you as well! Except for the flu part..we will let Ellie give that to someone else!lol
