Well Ellie it seems as if you and your family and friend had a thanksgiving celebration even if your country doesn't
have a thanksgiving day.
We have a bookstore in town that is a converted old house,all the walls in every room are lined with books except one room has books only on one wall, the rest of the room is for sitting and eating their delicious biscuits,having tea/coffee or homemade soup.Great place to sit a while and chat or if alone read.
For the time of year it is still rather mild here, no snow yet but where your brother lives I think they had lots of snow. Still can go out in a jacket not made for winter but that can change overnight.
My youngest daughter and her man gave us an early Christmas
presant, one side of my kitchen I hated, they made it over and painted it and now I love it.It was an awful lot of work for them but I really appreciate it.Love that kind of Christmas gift, can enjoy it every day!
