Hi Ellie & Tina,

How exciting Tina that you are going to have a new dog to cherish and enlight you! I hope the 4 weeks will go by fast for you.

My "senior citizen" golden retriever turned 15 and we are taking one day at a time. He sleeps alot and I am grateful that we made it through the winter. Whenever I go to visit my granddaughter for a quick visit on the weekends without him, she asks for him by name.
(I take him for a short walk first and make sure he is sound asleep as he does not like me to leave him alone)
What we won't do for our beloved pets. I cherish every day with him.

Our weather has been better during the day but still very cold at night. Next week is going to be cooler.
My sister and I are going out to lunch with her newly retired co-worker to celebrate her first official day off from work on Monday.

I will be having my family who live nearby for Easter dinner. Happy Easter to all.

Phyllis
