Subject: Hello

We are all very quiet, aren't we? I haven't really had much social exitement going on for a while. Tina, your stay away at the holiday place sounded lovely, and great that Bo could go too. Some guesthouses, etc here will accept pets, but many more won't.
It is SO cold here now (Am I the one that was complaining about heat just a few months ago?!) Well, now the mornings are freezing, we don't get snow here, but we do get thick fogs, frost and hail.
My cat Grania is currently lying on the window sill here near my desk to get what little afternoon sunshine there is. She likes that, as well as keeping warm she can look out over the big yard next door and watch the birds and the trees.
My little grandson Ben, in Sydney has his first birthday on June 22.. so I have a couple of gifts to post up to him tomorrow.
Keep well everyone.
Ellie.

I am grounded this week end..brakes on car need fixing and can't get them fixed until Monday.Hopefully ,since it is fathers day Sunday someone in the family will be taking us someplace.Hubby has a car, rarely drives it so I am scared to use it,it has very few miles on it and in perfect shape,he has a fit if a speck of dust gets on it-lol, mine I take on dirt and paved roads,if I took his on the lake road which is not paved I am sure he would pass out from shock-lol
We are still having 5 rainy days to 2 fine days, not a good average but everything looks so beuutifully extra green when the sun comes out.
Had a nice "final for the year"church club dinner on thursday but nothing else of note this week.
all the best to you-bye for now!
