It was good to hear from you Ellie and I am glad that you are doing something that you really enjoy. Writing is such a great skill and a gift.

Tina,

I am sorry to hear that you have the flu. I hope that you continue to feel better each day. It certainly makes one feel so tired and takes quite a while to get back to normal.

I recently had the 24 hour bug that came on so suddenly in the middle of the night. I felt so sick and got about 2 hrs of sleep and the next morning I had to lay on the couch only getting up as necessary. My dog was not happy to see me resting so much. I had sprite and saltines and when I stepped on the scales I lost 5 lbs but I'm sure I will gain it back.

We had a Nor'Easter on Monday dumping about 8 inches of very heavy snow. I am getting sick of this weather and looking forward to Spring.

Take care and I am sending you good thoughts for your recovery from the flu.
