Subject: Heat and thunderstorms..Oh, My!

Hello everyone. As you on the other side of the world know here in Australia were are now coming into summer, and the last 3 days have been hot, sultry, sticky-- with rolling thunderstorms-- a series of them came in this morning starting around 4am.. the first one woke me and I didnt get back to sleep afterwards! Summer is NOT my favorite season!
Well, enough of moaning.. this weekend my son and his wife and little Alexander are coming down from Sydney for a few days.. I am SO looking forward to seeing them. Alexander has his first birthday on Nov 8th.
Another son, and his girlfriend are having a housewarming party this weekend too-- so looks like a busy weekend! Always great to get together with family tho.
