Subject: instant winter

We had been enjoying spring-like weather,record breaking warm weather for weeks now but this morning-instant winter,so far just a bit of snow but down to minus 5 cels which is still not as cold as January usually is but way colder than it has been for weeks..we knew it had to come but wished it wouldn't.
Ellie hope the knees got better quickly.Phyllis, have you settled down after your trip-lol..I haven't done anything too productive yet this year except visit family and gave the house a major cleaning after Christmas decorations were all put away.Guess I won't be doing anything much outside today-just this second they announced on the radio the roads are extremely icy and the salt trucks are out, any outdoor activity for me today will be done on foot like walking the dogs.Oh those mild days gave me lots of time to scoop up any and all doggie doo in the yard-lol
Usually have to wait until the snow melts and then there is buckets of doo to do all at once and have to walk all over the place to find it.Worst part is if you step in it-lol .The hazards of having 4 dogs:cleaning up doggie doo, vacuuming every day,dog food expense,vets etc.Pleasures of having 4 dogs: Lots of adoring looks,fantastic greeting when you come home,un-ending love,lowered blood pressure,makes the heart beat more regular and lots of laughs!Happiness is a wagging tail and adoring eyes!
