Subject: New Things All The Time

I just wanted to update you on the fun times I am having while taking care of my granddaughter.

Kaitlyn is turning 8 months on the 7th of Feb. She is doing some new things all the time. We asked her to sing and she does make sounds. She has a cloth book with different things in it and she can pull thee zipper up & down. I clapped my hands and she is excited that she has done something special. She recently figured out how to sit up on her own. I still keep her in the playpen sometimes. She has jumperroo chair and really bounces up and down.

My daughter's mother-in-law comes over in the afternoon to see Kaitlyn. Also when she comes I usually take my dog for a short walk weather permitting. Everytime she comes to the door my dog starts barking as he wants his walk.

I am so happy to be able to share this exciting time with Kaitlyn.

Phyllis

It's like living the past all over with new added attractions..playing with my grandchildren always bought back such pleasant memories of my own children with added attractions and we seem to have time to appreciate childrens antics so much more when we are grandparents.I don't know about you but my grandparents didn't seem to pay attention to their grandchildren as folks today do.There is no way to describe the rewards but the deep love feelings are such great rewards.Enjoy!
