Subject: hello, from Belinda.

Hi, folks-
another scorcher today- yesterday it was 40- and I had to take Mum to have a scan done on a leg- we thought she may've had a clot or something. Nothing showed up, so she's home again- it was a long day.

I;m back doing some tutoring for my little friend up the road- he started high school this year( distance Education). but as his reading level is about 3 yrs. behind, he needs a lot of help still.

Just saw this on Dogz
sit at your desk, or in a straight backed chair. raise your right foot slightly off the ground, and "draw" clockwise circles with it.At the same time, and with your right pointer finger, "draw" a "6" in the air in front of you.

what did your foot do? bet it reversed direction!!

gotta go- will catch everyone eventually..

Hi Belinda and yes it'a apparently going to be over 40C for the next 4 days - YUCK.

That foot and finger exercise got me everytime. My foot changed direction and I just couldn't stop it.

Have fun with the tutoring.
Hope your Mum is feeling much better soon and glad it wasn't a blood clot, my Dad was laid up in hospital for a week once with that.
