Happy Anniversay from us as well Tina. Hope you and Ralston have a very special day.

Haven't heard from you for a while Tina, how is everything coming along? Hope the weather is not too cold, although have seen on the news here that the weather had been extremely cold.

our children took us out for a roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings..Kevin and Roxanne first took us for a long drive..it was a beautiful sunny day..just like the day we got married.
Tuesday is my "one before the last"chemo..there is a blood test that goes from 1 to 100..I was a 40 then a 27 then a 7 and now a 2 which is very good -this test only shows from the lower belly how things are there..it will be a while before we know if any spores have attached themselves to any other part of my body which happens in most ovarian cancer people.70% survive 2 yrs..only 30% make it 5 yrs and only 2 out of 1500 make it over 7 yrs but I was talking to a lady who made it 12 yrs so far..she is in her eighties..treatment in Canada was the same then as it is now.
Its wonderful how every day means more to a person when they know time can be limited..you tend to make every day a successful one..seeing friends or having them visit..helping where you can..enjoying the beauty around you..you tend to be so much less negative about everything and make time to do the fun things that you used to put off for someday..Don't wait until you are ill to do the fun things..make time for them now.

Tina, sounds like a wonderful day and your news about your health is very promising. Been thinking of you and so glad to hear the Chemo has helped.

So true about making each day a "successful" day, it is a lovely sentiment indeed.
