Congratulations on you Mom's 85th birthday! It is great that you and your sister & her husband can celebrate with your Mom by taking her out to lunch.

It is good that you will have some time with your son before he leaves for London. I'm sure that he will keep in touch by e-mail, phone, etc. My youngest son still calls often even though he is so far from home. I have an answering machine so I'm always happy to hear from him if I should miss his call.

Your niece's wedding sounds absolutely beautiful and the surroundings of the garden and area must have added a lot to the ceremony. Weddings are so joyous occasions to be celebrated with family & friends.

We celebrated Palm Sunday with a community fish dinner held at church which was prepared by some of the men, including my ex-husband who volunteered as he is a chef. We had baked haddock with rice & string beans with tomato sauce, rolls, coffee and ice cream with strawberries for dessert.

It is now raining outside & we expect snow tonight.

Best of luck for your son for his future.
