Subject: Warning of Health Hazard to Pet Owners

I was recently forwarded the text from an e-mail as shown below from another dog owner. Although I cannot vouch for its accuracy, I would like to pass it on in case it is true. I know how we all want to protect our pets, so I thought it was best to share it with you.

[> Re: Warning of Health Hazard to Pet Owners- According to Dog Chat readers this is not true -- Phyllis, 17:20:01 05/16/04 Sun (dial-69-67-231-84.usadatanet.net/69.67.231.84)

I also posted this message on Dog Chat yesterday and they stated that this is a hoax. They referred me to this site:

Sorry for alarming anyone but I am glad that it is not true.
