Subject: I must be too dynamic....

Hi everyone..I was writing a message here last night, when the page went suddenly off line... in fact-POW- everything went off line, email and internet, so my message didnt go thru. It was about the 'pet revolution' here where I live.
When I moved in here 7 years ago, no-one in this block of 10 flats had any sort of pets, the lease had the standard 'no pets clause" Well, after living for 4 years with out a cat I wasn't going to take it anymore and got a little grey kitten(Grania) I didn't ask the agent, I went straight to the OWNER- who was very nice about it and didnt mind at all. Then I got the second cat(or rather he got me!)
Feller. Since then a guy in another flat got a cat, then another bloke got 2 beautiful big budgies, and now a another resident has a beautiful little Staffy puppy!
Vive le Animal Revolution!
Ellie.

Ellie, that's wonderful! I've fallen in love with a dog online that I'm seriously thinking of going to meet with China (who is great with other dogs if she likes them), but I haven't quite been game to ask my landlord yet.

Oh Ellie, you just don't know your power with the computer (lol). Sounds like a lovely set of units with all the cats and now a dog. I love Staffy's, a friend of ours had a Staffy girl name Rosie and she use to come over and play with Jake and Mitch and wear each other out (lol).
Kylie, hope China and your landlord agree to the new dog. How is China's training going?

Ellie it is nice to know these pets have found homes and that you were able to be a trend setter for your neighborhood.
Do your cats play well together or are they more dependant o
n you for their entertainment?
I noticed on a recent trip to Halifax, our nearest city that more and more apartments have big cat cages on the balconies so the cats get to see more than the inside of the apartment..but for every one of these there are hundreds of apartments not allowed to have pets which is very sad.
