I hope winter stays away forever!! I hate it!! I freeze if the temp goes down below 24!!
I don't like wearing clothes generally, so having to wear 400 layers is a nightmare!!
In my next life, I am coming back as a cat, find a sunny spot and sleep!!!

Jac, you should look into purchasing natural fibres. They are warmer in general, requiring less or thinner layers (unless you go for the stuff like vinyl which just doesn't let you breathe). I find that in winter I'm like you (plus the added bonus of as soon as the weather turns I get asthma on top often), but with changing most of my winter wardrobe over to wools and cottons I find I don't have to bulk up as much.

Oh, Jaqueline.. how can you bear horrid, sticky turgid heat!!! I'm the opposite.. I'm always too hot in bed! Err... temperature wise that is.. even in winter I'm throwing off the doona..`and my flat is unheated!

OK- so it took me awhile to get back again LOL!!! Hey, now I've been out there braving the cold every getting my milage in!!!! I do know what you mean about those winds!!!! I can take the coldbut 4 days of high winds coupled with the cold have pushed my pychological limits (I use mind games to get me through it). Congrats on the 11bs!! That's great! Tina i couldn't get on the computer hardly at ll last week and I got so disgusted trying or it taking forever!!I haven't gotten to talk to anyone either. i am sorry. i will try to catch up soon...I am really busy , grooming and cleaning and shopping too much!!!I feel great though!!!INo pain pills, back on my (always eat this way usually, strayed lately , thats why NO ENERGY!!) LOw-Carb diet, high protein, veggies and little fruit..I sure miss pasta though, that is my fav, don't care for bread or sweets or potatoes too much , but the pasta is hard to give up!!Ha, ha, but it is worth it to be out runnning around enjoying life again and full of energy. my body and surgar levels can't seenm to handle high carbohydrate diets, grains, potatoes, breads, sweets, ect. they make me tired aND fat!!lol....mISS YOU THOUGH, ALL YOU GUYS!!!Love, Donna
