Tina i couldn't get on the computer hardly at ll last week and I got so disgusted trying or it taking forever!!I haven't gotten to talk to anyone either. i am sorry. i will try to catch up soon...I am really busy , grooming and cleaning and shopping too much!!!I feel great though!!!INo pain pills, back on my (always eat this way usually, strayed lately , thats why NO ENERGY!!) LOw-Carb diet, high protein, veggies and little fruit..I sure miss pasta though, that is my fav, don't care for bread or sweets or potatoes too much , but the pasta is hard to give up!!Ha, ha, but it is worth it to be out runnning around enjoying life again and full of energy. my body and surgar levels can't seenm to handle high carbohydrate diets, grains, potatoes, breads, sweets, ect. they make me tired aND fat!!lol....mISS YOU THOUGH, ALL YOU GUYS!!!Love, Donna
