dave, here's my own experience of "good" records. i've copied and pasted this from an email i sent luther.

oh, and on a '3 songs' tip, i've had a bit of trouble with goodrecords who you do the online shop through. dunno if you care, but i'd like to think so. anyways, as far as i was concerned the website said shipping would be $3 to the uk, which i guessed was perfectly reasonable for a 3" cd in a little cardboard sleeve. anyway, when it finally comes through i've been charged $7 on my credit card for shipping alone. fair enough if it comes to that, but the postage sticker says $1.60. okay, so they used tip top packaging to send it in, and that's where my hard earned's gone? nope. they reused an old envelope, which i have absolutely no problems with so long as i get the cd in good condition (which i did), but where the hell has my money gone? okay, so $5.40 isn't a fortune but the cd itself only cost 5 bux....
anyways, i mailed 'em about a week ago (when i got my credit card statement) and as of today have had no response. just wondered if you could throw some papa m style weight around and at least get them to respond to me.

oh, and in light of previous transatlantic purchases i've made, it did seem to take an awfully long time to come through, 2 weeks plus maybe.
>thanks much, I appreciate it.
that you actually give a shit is much appreciated too. cheers dave.
adam.
