Subject: There can always be new comers who do well (Taylor and Hanley are perfect examples.) However, they are the exception and not the rule. I think the best predictor of future success is past performance. Especially those who are consistently improving. Also, when newcomers do well I think it is very rare that they would not have been on the radar of those who frequent the locals and follow socials. You can see potential.

Hanley was a newcomer but Taylor competed for years. She had years of pageant experience (Cinderella, 3 years at NC Teen, Rhododendron) that contributed to her success. (NT)No name09:06:14 03/22/24 Fri
