I'm not a big SB fan either. I would stay away from Close too. I would go with either hiring Jackson or hiring Jody Wynn. Wynn has done an excellent job at Pepperdine and they play in a much tougher conference. Unlike Close who's SB team plays in a terrible conference and they always choke in the NCAA. Big deal they beat La Tech. Even some of their fans were expecting to lose and continue their annual one and done in the NCAA. For SB to really be considered a good team they need to go to the Sweet 16. Something they've never done.
