You are welcome, Bonnie. I'm glad making the shortcut worked for you. I use my desktop shortcuts all of the time to get to the places I go the most.

You could also right click on a blank area of your desktop. In the box that comes up choose "new" or "new folder" whichever it says. Name it Desktop Shortcuts. That folder will appear on your desktop. Then when you make a shortcut to anywhere, you can click on the icon and "drag" it to that Desktop Shortcuts folder and it will put it in there. That saves having your desktop all cluttered up with so many different icons.
