Helmut, Have you had a sleep study done? You may not be sleeping well even though you think you are. Your oxygen level may be dropping when you are asleep and may even be low during the day. Many of us post polio people do not get the rem sleep we need. (deepest sleep) If not, it will effect how active we can be during the day. Or maybe you are asking to much of your body as most polios do.
