Well unfortunately, there might not be treatments available for what you're trying to achieve. Because of the unusual way dyslexics process information.
I believe I understand what you're saying and that does sound like one of the traits of dyslexia. I have experienced the same thing plenty of times on my own where I can read material to myself perfectly- but when I start reading it out-loud, its like my brain gets "jumbled" and cannot process the task of spoken language and the task of reading at the same time and I start mispronouncing words- even though I can do both tasks (often) fine separately. Spelling is also a common issue for me, and its even more frustrating when I've *suddenly* cannot remember the spelling of a simple word I've spelled a million times before, that I know I know (again, it feels like sudden jumbling of my brain-processing. Like someone just abruptly took all the Scramble letters and shook it)
When the dyslexic's brain mysterious seems to get "confused" on how to handle tasks its been ordered to carry out, its unlikely there's a way around that in treatment. As well as a dyslexics seemingly not being able to do two different tasks at once such as: thinking about a writing topic and concentrating on perfect language grammar. These are just incurable and an avoidable part of life as a Dyslexic individual.
-That being said, I don't like that many dyslexics have completely given up the aspiration of there being any method for dyslexics to be gifted, sufficient readers, and have resorted to read-out-loud software instead. Famous dyslexic, Albert Einstein was told he was retarded at school, once taken out of school and home schooled by his father he learned his own methods of learning and understanding his brain was hard-wired to pick up, after that it opened the door limitless understanding for him.
When it comes to learning, memorizing, organizing- there's a way out. Our brains interpret and process information differently and see the world differently. And there are nontraditional methods our brains will quickly respond to instantly and excel with, some of the methods have been discovered and many undiscovered.
But for the most part when your brain makes sudden, awkward mistakes, your going to just have to stay forgiving. Otherwise, it would be like having a goal to never sneeze again.
psychologytoday.com can help you find a professional who can give you a professional Dyslexia evaluation, if you are interested. (search your location, then check mark "Testing and Evaluation" "Learning Disorders") the diagnostician could probably direct you to any possible workshops or centers in your area if available.
