Hi David, Yes there is a programe called Gradon speaking software where you speak into a mic and its types what you say. It takes a while for you to train this software for what you are trying to say, but i find it very good. You can speak and say as much as you like so you dont forget your thought process, then you can go back and correct any errors from what you has said, it repeats from your voice. I also have text read and write and this is good for reading text out to you. Good luck.
