Meds dont help we are diffrent to me that is a good thing.
Its not easy. you may look at them with the problem
im 55 did large cap. hvac for 22 years once you get it you get it and can excell

Medication did not help my daughter's dyslexia in the least. Find another alternative if it troubles you is my suggestion. ADD isn't such a bad thing from my perspective as the mother of one and partner to an adult one. You are multi-tasking and can channel that...I bear witness to this!

How many people do you know who can read while the TV is on and the kids are running circles around the house and still answer the phone in a calm, focused manner? My partner with ADD could do this whereas I would go nuts! smile
