I am a big day dreamer and at work i have to try really hard to let my mind wander and to keep focus.As a result i feel like i am missing out on parts of converstions or if i write important documents this makes me extremly stressful which really effect my mood which in turn knocks my confidence and self esteem.when i try to talk about this my vocabulary is lacking which sends me into panick mode. I know the right words are there but i cant reach them when under pressure, also i suffer from b12 diffencicy which when i try to read or write i forget what i said.So i become less focused on all areas i find more diffcult, so it can become a vicious circle.What i trying to say is how do i over come this as i really want to improve my life and live and not just exsist there is so much i want do but i finding it really hard to know were to start.
