I will have a go. You tell me what I have missed.
Personal attributes and aptitude need considering …
“The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment ... Others are the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory or the Personality Assessment Inventory.”
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myers-Briggs_Type_Indicator
The catch here is what do you FEEL PASSIONATE about? You are the one who will experience the life you choose. That’s all that really matters. The rest just falls into place.
Dyslexia may only affect a small number of career avenues:
Teaching - any level including university ...
Travel industry, Diplomatic corps, Truck driving, Flight attendant
International Community Development
As a means to travel and learning: Nursing, medicine, nuclear medicine, any allied health field, Accounting, Cook/chef, Electronics, Mechanical work, Engineering, Art production, promotion, or sales. Marketing would be tough to get into overseas, but if you have it and want to show it, why not? Phew!
Any skills, training, or education that is sort after internationally -- assistive / inclusive technology may allow you to communicate your abilities to your community, maybe an international community -- that includes employers.
Good fortune, wherever you go, John
