An exciting new artistic opportunity has just opened up for adults with dyslexia who want to explore their creative side. Artsanddyslexia, a group developed by dyslexic adults for dyslexic adults, is holding a series of drawing and digital photography classes, workshops and social events for adults over 25. Students can learn at their own pace in a friendly, informal and supportive environment, with expert teachers who are in tune with their learning styles. Express yourself creatively, meet new people and finish the course with a piece of art you can be proud of. Open evenings will take place on November 2nd and 9th. at The Lab (off Talbot Street, Dublin 1). The Lab is a purpose built arts facility. Even if you’re not ready to take a class right now, why not come along to one of our open evenings and see what we’ve got planned. Digital photography and drawing classes take place every Monday evening from the 16th of November to the14th of December between 6.30pm to 8.30pm. Classes cost just €13 each.
