My 11 year old son is severly dyslexic and has very low self esteem as a learner. i am currently in the process of trying to get him in to a specialist school which will be a battle and have justbroken the news to my son that he may not e going to his school of choice with his friend, a school which has high academic standards and bound to worsen his morale. He is in floods of tears insisting his fine and won't talk to me, trying to stay strong but i feel his pain, please tell me if any other parents are going through this so i don't feel like the worst mum in the world!!
