Unfortunately I don't have any experience with the Twin Turbo. The one thing I do see constantly is that many people mistake the ix3D card with the twin turbo, since it has a twin turbo 128 sticker on the card. Are you sure this is the TT128? If it is, I'm at a loss. Other user comments about compatibility in OS9 and other OS's please?
