My plan at this time is definately to include some kind of theives' guild. For simplicity sake, your character though will probably start out as a hireling of one of the Houses (thus put into one of the PCs parties).

Exactly! I already have some interesting plans, and locations for this group. They're going to be WAY underground, on the surface, dead to the world, but only the exceptionally streetwise or dead realize they're still around.

Yeah, I've already worked out a front-type character. Once we get things down pat more, I'll fill you in on the secrets.
