Subject: "Edited" Closing Credits

My local affiliate for AT40, WAKS 96.5 KISS FM Cleveland Ohio recently started "editing" the closing credits for AT40.

After Casey says "American Top 40 is a production of the Premiere Radio Networks" it skips right to "My names Casey Kasem, join me next week" and as soon as "feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars" is over (even before Ed McMann's TM Century Hit Disk teaser, it edits right to the last chord of the theme and the show is over.

I know MOST stations cut it off right after Ed McMann's TM Century Hit Disk teaser, BUT, aren't they obligated to run the credits in full??
