first, Peggy, I hope you feel better soon. Every year that goes by it seems as though I get more sick with the flu or with sinus trouble but this was the worst attack I've ever had. I really want to hear Barack and I'm going to donate to his campaign when they pass the hat around.
To you, Tommymittenz, and the other poster who won't tell us his/her name:
FOR YOUR INFORMATION I DO pay taxes. My parents were both dead by the time I was 18 years old, and ever since then, I've been working Full-Time. I'm 41 years old, now, so that means I've been paying Federal taxes, FICA and Medicare for 23 YEARS. So don't tell me that I've been sitting on my ass demanding free money. Nope, I raised my son by myself after I divorced his father, who liked to use me as a punching bag, and who never gave me or his son ONE DIME of support. My husband has been with me for almost ten years, and HE's worked Full-Time since he was 18 years old, too, and between me and him we did a great job of raising Chato. Chato is going to college AND working Part-Time too, and thanks be to God that he will be able to get a better paying job than I have.
So, Tommy and any other Repub; don't tell me that I'm lazy or that I get free money. I don't. And by the by, I have NOT received one single tax cut from the idiot in the White House in the last seven years; nor have I received a raise in salary from my job for over 5 years--(NOBODY'S had a raise in over 5 years where I work--no extra money)--just more work to do. And you probably didn't even read what I wrote, about ever increasing FEES. You Repubs say you want Taxes to be cut, but the only thing that happens with that is the rest of us Common Folk end up paying more damn FEES to make up the money you get for your tax breaks! So, actually YOU are the ones who are sitting on your a***s, getting FREE tax money, while I'm getting NOTHING! You Repubs are just a bunch of Hypocrites!
