I don't think there's even a contract, so it's not really equivalent to holding, say, a USA local title. Yes the rules were changed recently to discourage MAO girls from competing in sweetheart but as long as she was not holding a prelim title while competing at sweetheart, she was okay to compete in that “system.” Since there’s no contract for nationals she’s is eligible to return to our system now that it’s kver. She doesn’t crown the next titleholder. They have a local titleholder do that. Literally rolling my eyes at the person who knows absolutely nothing about this. She is quite able to compete now. I totally agree. And if LA doesnt allow her to compete, we'll be happy to have her jump ship for USA! Although I'm sure these anonymous contract-readers would be happy to see Kaitryanna go. I would love to see Kaitryana compete again at Miss LA (I agree that it seems ridiculous that she was left out of the T5). However, why would the T5 pass up the chance to compete at Sweetheart (I'm assuming they were asked in order) if they didn't have to stay out of locals for a year?
